Women In Need of Empowerment, (W.I.N.E.) is a ministry originating from a passion to encourage women to walk in spiritual excellence. You matter and yes, you have purpose. You were created to do good works! Founder and Educator Jacqueline Owensby believes in the power of abiding in the True Vine, our Heavenly Father.
